Product
Our products are handmade with care to get complete satisfaction to our customers. However there may be slight variations in shape and size due to the handmade process.
Payment
For security reason we do not use online payment by credit card, we only accept by Telegraphic Transfer. We request wire payment via Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer) at confirmation of order and we request a 50% deposit for the product. The full 50% balance of product payment and the shipping cost (100%) are to be paid a week before we finished producing the order, for shipment we request 100% remittance in advance.
Price
Price list on our website are quoted in US dollar and do not include of Shipping and Packing charges. Shipping and packing charges according to the weight, destination and volume of order will be notified to the buyer by e-mail. All items will be insured (if needed) and will be done by Cargo Shipping.
Wholesale and Minimum Order
We only do wholesale not with retail. The minimum quantity for individual products is listed in our price list and minimum order of USD $1,000.00 is required..
Order
To make an order just go on-line to Bali Book Crafts and order the items, number, quantity you desire and the address where should we send it.
Once we receive your information, we will calculate the shipping and total of the goods then send you an invoice to review via e-mail.
When you received the invoice and you agree with all cost, you can make the payment by wire transfer to our bank account. And you must e-mail or fax us the proof of the transfer to make sure that you already sent the payment, so that we can start to process your order. When the payment has received your order will be prepared and sent.
Packing
Small items are normally wrapped in paper or bubble wrap then packed into boxes with shredded paper. Heavy and large items normally will be framed and crated.
Duty and Tariffs
All Indonesia export requirements will be in your invoice. All import duty and tariffs have to be paid by the purchaser directly to the government agency in the delivery country.
